숙박 약관

이용규칙

신라호텔에서는 고객님과 안전하고 편리한 서비스를 위하여 숙박 약관 제1조에 의거하여 다음과 같이 이용 규칙을 정하고 있습니다. 이 규칙을 지켜 주시지 않을 경우에는 부득이 객실의 이용을 거절할 수밖에 없으며 또한 이용 중이라도 퇴실을 요구할 수 있습니다. 이용하시는 동안 쾌적한 투숙이 되시기를 바랍니다.

  • 객실 내에서는 난방용, 취사용 등의 화기 등의 사용을 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 객실을 영업을 위한 용도나 전시회 등의 영업행위, 사무실로서의 이용, 집회 또는 파티 등 숙박에 반하는 목적으로의 사용을 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 호텔의 허가 없이 객실 상태를 변경하거나 비품 등의 이동을 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 객실 이용 중 고객의 귀책사유로 인해 호텔의 상품 또는 객실 내 물품, 집기류, 가구류, 바닥 등이 훼손 또는 파손 또는 훼손된 경우, 호텔은 고객에게 그 피해에 대한 복구 비용을 청구하며 이로 인하여 호텔의 객실 판매가 불가능한 때에는 복구 기간에 따른 객실 판매 보전 비용이 고객에게 추가로 청구될 수 있음을 유념하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 객실 내 흡연은 금지되어 있습니다. 고객이 객실 내에서 직접 담배를 포함한 흡연행위를 하는 경우에는 객실 내 벽지, 커튼, 침구류, 냄새 제거 클리닝을 진행하는 기간 동안 제공자에게 추가비용을 발생할 수 있으며, 위 기간 동안의 객실 판매 보전 비용이 고객에게 추가되어 청구될 수 있음을 유념하시기 바랍니다.

  • 호텔에서는 허가 없이 광고, 선전물의 배포, 물품의 판매 등을 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 유아의 안전 사항

    • 유아용 침대와 보호망 통제기가 필요합니다.

    • 유아의 안전을 위하여 아동을 객실에 혼자 두지 마십시오.

  • 호텔에서는 다음과 같은 물건 반입을 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

    • 발화 또는 인화성의 위험물

    • 기타 법규에 의하여 휴대가 금지되어 있는 물건

  • 호텔에서는 개, 고양이, 새 등 반려동물의 출입이 허용되지 않습니다. 단, ‘장애인복지법’에 규정한 장애인 보조견(안내견)의 경우는 출입을 허용합니다.

  • 보관품 및 습득물의 보관 기간은 특별한 지정이 없는 다음과 같습니다.

    • Store Room에서의 보관품 3개월

    • 분실물(습득물) 3개월

    • 세탁물 퇴숙 후 3개월
      상기 기간 경과하였음에도 회수되지 않은 물품은 폐기 처리합니다.

  • 객실료는 체크인 시 프런트에서 지불하여 주시고, 이후 사용 분은 체크아웃 시 프런트에서 지불하여 주십시오. 또 체재 중이라도 사정에 따라 지불이 요구될 경우에는 지불하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 체크인 시에 현금이나 귀중품 등은 객실 내 개인 금고에 보관하여 주시기 바라며, 고객의 부주의로 인하여 발생한 분실 및 도난 등에 대해서는 호텔이 책임을 지지 않음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.

 

제1조 목적 및 적용

  • 본 약관은 호텔 델루나의 영업을 이용하고자 하는 자에게 제공하는 숙박, 식음 및 서비스 이용에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. (고객과 호텔의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함)

  • 이 약관은 상행위에 반하지 않는 한 고객과 호텔 간의 약정으로 우선 적용됩니다.

  • 호텔과 고객이 개별 계약을 체결하여 별도 약정을 한 경우, 그 약정이 본 약관에 우선하여 적용됩니다.

제2조 숙박 계약

  • 숙박을 신청할 때 고객은 다음 사항을 호텔에 제공해야 합니다.

  • 숙박자 이름, 연락처, 숙박 기간 및 숙박 요금

  • 기타 호텔이 필요하다고 인정하는 사항

  • 숙박 계약은 호텔이 신청을 승인함으로써 성립됩니다.

  • 호텔은 숙박 계약이 성립된 후라도 다음 각 호의 사유가 있을 때는 계약을 취소할 수 있습니다.

  • 신청 내용이 이 약관에 위반될 때

  • 천재지변, 설비의 고장 등 불가항력적 사유로 숙박을 제공할 수 없을 때

  • 숙박자가 타인에게 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있거나 사회적 질서를 해칠 염려가 있다고 인정될 때

  • 숙박자가 허위로 예약했거나 불법 행위를 할 목적으로 예약했을 때

  • 숙박자가 명백히 질병, 약물 중독 등의 상태에 있을 때

  • 기타 호텔이 필요하다고 판단할 때

제3조 숙박의 신청 및 계약

  • 고객은 숙박을 신청할 때 다음 사항을 호텔에 제시해야 합니다.

  • 이름 및 연락처

  • 숙박일 및 도착 예정 시각

  • 기타 호텔이 필요하다고 인정하는 사항

  • 고객이 숙박 중 숙박일을 연장하고자 할 때는 반드시 프런트에 알려야 하며, 호텔의 사정에 따라 연장이 불가할 수 있습니다.

  • 호텔은 숙박 계약이 성립된 후에도 다음 각 호의 사유가 있을 때는 계약을 취소할 수 있습니다.

  • 신청 내용이 이 약관에 위반될 때

  • 숙박자가 타인에게 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있거나 사회적 질서를 해칠 염려가 있을 때

  • 숙박자가 허위로 예약했거나 불법 행위를 할 목적으로 예약했을 때

  • 숙박자가 명백히 질병, 약물 중독 등의 상태에 있을 때

  • 기타 호텔이 필요하다고 판단할 때

제4조 예약금

  • 호텔은 숙박 요금의 일부를 예약금(Deposit)으로 징수할 수 있습니다.

  • 예약금의 액수 및 지불 시기는 호텔이 별도로 정할 수 있습니다.

  • 예약금은 숙박 요금의 일부로 충당합니다.

제5조 예약의 변경 및 취소

  • 고객이 예약을 변경하거나 취소하고자 할 때는 즉시 호텔에 알려야 합니다.

  • 예약 변경 또는 취소 시 다음 각 항의 기준에 따라 위약금을 부과할 수 있습니다.

  • 숙박일 3일 전: 위약금 없음

  • 숙박일 2일 전: 숙박 요금의 50%

  • 숙박일 1일 전 및 당일: 숙박 요금의 100%

제6조 숙박 등록

  • 숙박자는 숙박 당일 프런트 데스크에서 숙박 등록 절차를 완료해야 합니다.

  • 숙박 시 필요한 서류를 제출해야 할 수 있습니다.

제7조 객실 사용

  • 객실의 사용 시간은 체크인 시간(15:00)부터 체크아웃 시간(11:00)까지입니다.

  • 연장 사용 시 추가 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

  • 객실 내 시설을 훼손했을 경우 수리비를 부담해야 합니다

제8조 영업시간

호텔의 주요시설 영업시간은 사정에 따라 변경, 단축될 수 있습니다.

제9조 숙박요금의 지불

  • 숙박요금은 체크인 시 또는 호텔이 지정한 시한 내에 호텔 프런트 데스크에 지불해야 합니다.

  • 숙박요금은 현금, 카드, 기타 호텔이 인정하는 결제 수단으로 지불할 수 있습니다.

제10조 귀중품 보관

호텔은 고객의 귀중품에 대해 프런트 데스크에 보관하지 않은 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제11조 고객의 책임

고객이 호텔 내 시설, 비품 등을 파손했을 경우 손해를 배상해야 합니다.

제12조 분실물 처리

고객이 두고 간 물품은 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

제13조 금지 행위

호텔 내에서는 다음 행위를 금지합니다.

  • 폭언, 폭행, 협박 등 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위

  • 도박 및 풍기 문란 행위

  • 객실 내 취사 행위

  • 반려동물의 반입

제14조 손해배상

호텔의 귀책사유로 고객에게 손해가 발생한 경우 호텔은 손해를 배상합니다. 다만, 고객의 고의 또는 과실로 인한 경우는 예외로 합니다.

제15조 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관에 정하지 않은 사항 및 분쟁 발생 시에는 관계 법령 및 관례에 따릅니다.

Hotel Rules and Regulations

For the safety and pleasant stay of our guests, the following rules and regulations are established in accordance with Article 10 of the Hotel Accommodation Terms and Conditions (here in after the “Terms and Conditions”). Please be advised that in the event that these rules are not observed, your reservation may be canceled in accordance with the laws of accommodation or use of hotel facilities, and the guest may be held liable for any resulting damages or losses.

  • Please refrain from using open flames for heating, cooking, or other purposes in guest rooms.

  • Guest rooms may not be used, without the hotel’s prior approval, for exhibitions, business activities, offices, gatherings, parties, or for purposes other than accommodation.

  • Please refrain from altering the condition of guest rooms or moving furnishings and equipment without the hotel’s prior approval.

  • In the event that any hotel property, including items within the guest room such as bedding, furniture, or carpet, is damaged or defaced due to the guest’s fault, the hotel will charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement. Please also note that if the guest room cannot be sold during the repair period, the guest may additionally be charged for the loss of room revenue during such period.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms. If a guest smokes in a room, including the use of electronic cigarettes, a room management fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged. Please also note that since the room cannot be sold to third parties during the period required for deodorization and cleaning, the guest may additionally be charged for the loss of room revenue during such period.

  • Please refrain from distributing advertisements, promotional materials, or selling goods within the hotel without prior authorization.

  • Infant and Child Safety

    • Infants and young children must always be under the care and supervision of their guardian.

    • For their safety, please do not leave infants or young children unattended in guest rooms.

  • Please refrain from bringing the following items into the hotel:

    • Any hazardous materials that are flammable or combustible.

    • Any other items prohibited from being carried by law or regulation.

  • Pets such as dogs, cats, and birds are not permitted in the hotel. However, guide dogs for persons with disabilities, as defined under the “Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act”, are allowed.

  • Unless otherwise specified, the storage period for deposited items and lost-and-found items shall be as follows:

  • Items kept in the Store Room: 3 months

  • Lost-and-found items: 3 months

  • Laundry left after check-out: 3 months
    Items not claimed within the above periods will be discarded.

  • Room charges must be paid at the Front Desk upon check-in, and any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled at the Front Desk upon check-out. Please note that payment may also be requested during your stay, depending on circumstances.

  • Upon check-in, please keep cash and valuables in the in-room personal safe. Please note that the hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or theft resulting from the guest’s negligence.

Article 1 Application of These Terms and Conditions

  • The hotel shall provide accommodation, facilities, and related services (hereinafter referred to as “Accommodation”) to persons who wish to use the hotel in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not provided for herein shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations or established practices.

  • With respect to reservations made by credit card, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply; however, the detailed arrangements shall be governed by the merchant agreement between the relevant credit card company and the hotel.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the hotel may enter into a special agreement with a person wishing to use the hotel, to the extent that such agreement does not contravene the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws and regulations, or established practices.

Article 2 Refusal of Accommodation

The hotel may refuse to provide accommodation in the following cases:

  • When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy.

  • When the application for accommodation is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • When it is deemed that the person seeking accommodation may engage in acts that violate laws or regulations related to accommodation, public order, or good morals.

  • When the person seeking accommodation engages in conduct that causes harm, through language, violence, or other means, to other guests, hotel employees, or hotel personnel, or makes demands exceeding reasonable limits.

  • When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease, or is suffering from a disease designated by the government or local authorities (including infectious diseases designated by the Minister of Health and Welfare that require urgent prevention and control due to the risk of sudden domestic introduction or outbreak).

  • When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be in possession of pets or hazardous items (including narcotics, firearms, swords, flammable substances such as explosives, or any other items considered dangerous).

  • When the person seeking accommodation is heavily intoxicated or acts in an obviously abnormal manner, and it is deemed that such conduct may cause inconvenience or harm to other guests.

  • When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, epidemics, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.

  • When accommodation is deemed not permissible under applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.

  • When the guest has engaged in smoking within the guest room in a manner likely to cause a fire.

  • When the guest orders or brings into the hotel any food or beverages from outside that may cause discomfort to others.

  • When it is clearly recognized that the person seeking accommodation is unable to pay the accommodation charges, or in any other cases where there is a justifiable reason to refuse accommodation.

Article 3 Presentation of Name and Other Information

When receiving a reservation request in advance (hereinafter referred to as a “Reservation Request”), the hotel may require the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) to provide the following information:

  • The name, gender, contact information, and nationality of the person who will use and stay at the hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).

  • Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel.

Article 4 Reservation Deposit

  • When receiving a Reservation Request, the hotel shall guarantee the reservation only upon receipt of a reservation deposit. However, if the Reservation Request is made using a credit card, the hotel shall guarantee the reservation regardless of whether a deposit is paid.

  • When a cancellation fee is charged pursuant to Article 5, the reservation deposit referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be applied to such cancellation fee, and any remaining balance shall be refunded to the Applicant. However, if the reservation is made by credit card without a deposit, the hotel shall claim the applicable cancellation fee prescribed in Article 5 from the relevant credit card company.

  • In the case of a reservation or cancellation made by credit card, the hotel shall inform the Applicant of the receipt number, date and time of receipt, name of the staff member in charge, and details of the cancellation fee.

Article 5 Cancellation of Reservation by the Applicant

When the Applicant cancels all or part of a reservation, the hotel shall charge the Applicant a cancellation fee in accordance with the following provisions. When a cancellation fee is charged pursuant to Article 5, the reservation deposit referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be applied to such cancellation fee, and any remaining balance shall be refunded to the Applicant. However, if the reservation is made by credit card without a deposit, the hotel shall claim the applicable cancellation fee prescribed in Article 5 from the relevant credit card company. In the case of a reservation or cancellation made by credit card, the hotel shall inform the Applicant of the receipt number, date and time of receipt, name of the staff member in charge, and details of the cancellation fee.

Scope of Application: Reservations made directly with the hotel, excluding those made through third parties (such as online or offline travel agencies).

  • Cancellations or changes made by 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled arrival date may be made without any cancellation fee.

  • In the event of a cancellation or change made after 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show (failure to arrive by midnight of the scheduled arrival date without prior notice), 100% of the first night’s room charge shall be imposed as a cancellation fee. However, if it is recognized that such cancellation, change, or no-show is due to the suspension of public transportation services such as airplanes or ferries, or is otherwise not attributable to the Guest, the cancellation fee set forth in paragraph 1 shall not be charged.

Article 6 Cancellation of Reservation by the Hotel

  • Unless otherwise stipulated, the hotel may cancel a reservation in the following cases:

    • When it is recognized that the circumstances fall under paragraphs 2 through 9 of Article 2.

    • When the information required under Article 3 has not been provided by the specified deadline.

    • When payment of the reservation deposit, as requested under Article 4, paragraph 1, has not been made by the specified deadline.

  • When the hotel cancels a reservation pursuant to the preceding paragraph, any reservation deposit already received from the Applicant shall be refunded.

Article 7 Guest Registration

  • Upon arrival at the hotel, the Guest shall register the following information at the Front Desk:

    • The matters specified in Article 3, paragraph 1.

    • Contact telephone number.

    • The date and time of departure.

    • Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel.

Article 8 Payment Guarantee (Deposit)

  • For the purpose of guaranteeing payment of charges for paid services incurred during the stay, as well as charges under Rules 4 and 5 of the Hotel Rules and Regulations, the Guest shall provide a credit card registration or a deposit as security.

    • Guarantee by registering credit card information (some overseas cards not accepted).

    • Deposit made via easy payment, refundable upon cancellation.

    • Cash deposit of KRW 300,000.

  • If any charges remain unpaid after the stay, payment shall be processed through the guaranteed means of payment.

Article 9 Check-In and Check-Out

  • The time at which the Guest may occupy a room of the hotel (hereinafter the “Check-In Time“) and the time by which the Guest must vacate the room (hereinafter the “Check-Out Time“) shall be in accordance with the hotel’s separate policies and the terms of the accommodation package (please refer to the hotel website).

  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the Guest checks out later than the designated Check-Out Time, additional charges shall apply as follows:

    1. Until 4:00 p.m.: 50% of the room charge.

    2. After 4:00 p.m.: 100% of the room charge.

Article 10 Operating Hours of Facilities

The operating hours of the hotel’s facilities may be subject to change depending on circumstances.

Article 11 Payment of Accommodation Charges

  • The Guest shall pay the accommodation charges (meaning the room charges, fees for use of other facilities and services, and any other amounts actually payable by the Guest, the same applying hereinafter) at the Front Desk in cash (legal currency), traveler’s checks accepted by the hotel, credit cards, or coupons recognized by the hotel, either at the time of check-in or when otherwise requested by the hotel.

  • Even if the Guest voluntarily discontinues or terminates the stay after commencing use of the hotel room, the Guest shall pay the full accommodation charges corresponding to the full period of the reservation.

Article 12 Compliance with Hotel Rules and Regulations

  • The Guest shall comply with the Hotel Rules and Regulations established by the hotel and posted within the premises.

  • Guests are prohibited from using the hotel’s facilities and equipment for purposes other than their intended use, and from removing them from the hotel.

Article 13 Refusal of Extension of Stay

  • Even after the hotel has accepted the Guest for accommodation, the hotel may refuse to extend the stay in the following cases:

    • When the circumstances are deemed to fall under any of paragraphs 1 through 12 of Article 2.

    • When the Guest violates the Hotel Rules and Regulations.

Article 14 Liability of the Hotel

  • The hotel’s liability for accommodation shall commence from the earlier of the time when the Guest has completed registration pursuant to Article 7 or when the Guest has been shown to the room, and shall terminate upon the Guest’s check-out.

  • The hotel shall not be liable for any accidents caused by the Guest’s failure to comply with the Hotel Rules and Regulations posted within the premises.

  • If, after guaranteeing a reservation pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, the hotel is unable to provide the reserved room to the Guest due to reasons attributable to the hotel, the hotel shall arrange alternative accommodation of equal or similar conditions. However, this shall not apply in cases where such arrangement is rendered difficult due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 15 Receipt and Return of Room Keys

  • Upon registration pursuant to Article 7 and check-in, the Guest shall receive the room key at the Front Desk, and upon check-out shall return the key to the Front Desk together with payment of any additional charges incurred in addition to those payable under Article 10.

  • If the Guest loses the room key during the stay, the Guest shall immediately report the loss of the key to the Front Desk and pay the cost of reissuing the key to the hotel.
