Please refrain from using open flames for heating, cooking, or other purposes in guest rooms.
Guest rooms may not be used, without the hotel’s prior approval, for exhibitions, business activities, offices, gatherings, parties, or for purposes other than accommodation.
Please refrain from altering the condition of guest rooms or moving furnishings and equipment without the hotel’s prior approval.
In the event that any hotel property, including items within the guest room such as bedding, furniture, or carpet, is damaged or defaced due to the guest’s fault, the hotel will charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement. Please also note that if the guest room cannot be sold during the repair period, the guest may additionally be charged for the loss of room revenue during such period.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms. If a guest smokes in a room, including the use of electronic cigarettes, a room management fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged. Please also note that since the room cannot be sold to third parties during the period required for deodorization and cleaning, the guest may additionally be charged for the loss of room revenue during such period.
Please refrain from distributing advertisements, promotional materials, or selling goods within the hotel without prior authorization.
Infant and Child Safety
Infants and young children must always be under the care and supervision of their guardian.
For their safety, please do not leave infants or young children unattended in guest rooms.
Please refrain from bringing the following items into the hotel:
Any hazardous materials that are flammable or combustible.
Any other items prohibited from being carried by law or regulation.
Pets such as dogs, cats, and birds are not permitted in the hotel. However, guide dogs for persons with disabilities, as defined under the “Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act”, are allowed.
Unless otherwise specified, the storage period for deposited items and lost-and-found items shall be as follows:
Items kept in the Store Room: 3 months
Lost-and-found items: 3 months
Laundry left after check-out: 3 months
Items not claimed within the above periods will be discarded.Room charges must be paid at the Front Desk upon check-in, and any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled at the Front Desk upon check-out. Please note that payment may also be requested during your stay, depending on circumstances.
Upon check-in, please keep cash and valuables in the in-room personal safe. Please note that the hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or theft resulting from the guest’s negligence.
